    Build Product Concept

    Design

    • Gather MVP Requirements (MVPR)
    • Design Product Strategy & Roadmap (PSAR)
    • Technical Architechure Review (TAR)
    • Solution Architecture Review (SAR)
    • User Experience Design
    • User Interface Design
    • Development Kick Off

  • Week 12 - 24

    Launch MVP Development

    • Design, Build, Test, Ship (DBTS) - twice a week
    • Collectively gather feedback (weekly)
    • Incorporate feedback data to the product
    • Repeat DBTS cycle unless the Product is complete.
    • Deploy to early stage/beta users
